Firesky has 204 guest rooms, a 3,500 square feet spa, and an outdoor pool and hot tub surrounded by poolside cabanas and fire pits.

Gainey Ranch Golf Club

The Gainey Ranch Golf Club is a 27-hole private golf club located on a gorgeous setting that was once a historic Arabian horse ranch owned by Daniel C. Gainey. The golf club has various settings for events including a private dining room, a ballroom, a lounge, outdoor terraces and an outdoor waterfall patio. The club can accommodate groups of up to 220 in the indoor meeting rooms and up to 200 in the fabulous outdoor settings.

Grayhawk Golf Club has two eighteen hole golf courses as well as a café and a grill. Grayhawk makes a great setting for all sorts of events. The Fairway House has 6,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space and can accommodate groups with up to 300 people. The McDowell Room can accommodate up to 180 guests. The Quill Creek Café has a patio that can provide buffet or sit down dining for up to 200 guests. Additional patios are also available. Phil’s Grill can accommodate small gatherings with up to 40 guests. The Champions Room can accommodate up to 30 people. The Heather Farr Room can accommodate up to 50 guests.

Monterra is located in North Scottsdale at WestWorld. The upscale facility has elegant ballrooms with patios and a panoramic view of the McDowell Mountains. The Main Ballroom is 5,850 square feet and can accommodate up to 800 people for a reception. The Ballroom can be divided into two smaller ballrooms, the 3,100 square feet Phoenician and the 2,750 square feet Skyline. The Silverado Saloon is 1,300 square feet and can accommodate up to 100 people for a reception. The Boardroom is 350 square feet. Brett’s Barn, at the base of the McDowell Mountains, provides a casual setting for events with a raised stage and 2,400 square foot wooden deck. The Polo Field is available for use for outdoor events and Monterra also has eight different equestrian arenas.

The Phoenician has a 22,543 square foot ballroom that will accommodate up to 2,500 people and can be divided into several smaller rooms. The Ballroom has two foyers measuring 8,883 and 6,964 square feet. The Phoenician also has twenty-six meeting and breakout rooms with sizes ranging from 365 to 1,037 square feet, and a 5,525 square feet theater. The Phoenician’s award winning culinary team is available for catering.

The Grand Ballroom is 18,000 square feet and will accommodate up to 2,000 guests. The Conference Wing is 3,600 square feet and can be divided into five separate sections.

Sanctuary Golf Course is located on the western slope of the McDowell Mountains adjacent to Westworld Equestrian Center. The resort makes a wonderful venue for weddings, parties and events. Sancuary’s clubhouse can seat up to 44 people in the restaurant, 50 on the west patio and 150 on the outdoor pavilion. The ceremony lawn is also available to accommodate group events. The optional tent for the lawn will accommodate groups of up to 170 people.

Sassi is a fine Italian restaurant located in North Scottsdale. The restaurant has dining rooms that can accommodate group events with up to fifty people. The Sassi Private Room and Garden Lawn can be used together to accommodate groups with up to one hundred and fifty people. The Garden Lawn makes a lovely setting for wedding ceremonies that can be followed by receptions in the Private Room or one of the smaller dining areas.
