Pima County Fair is a 640 acre event complex with three exhibit buildings, outdoor exhibit spaces, asphalt display areas, outdoor concert and stage locations, equestrian facilities, arenas, barns, picnic areas, camping areas, and storage facilities. The exhibit halls make ideal settings for tradeshows and conventions. The 61,000 square feet Old Pueblo Hall accommodates up to 6,000 people. The 30,200 square feet Thurber Hall accommodates up to 2,500 people. The 37,800 square feet Pima Hall accommodates up to 2,000 people.

The Tucson Convention Center offers 205,000 square feet of function space including two exhibit halls for tradeshows and conventions. The larger exhibit hall is 89,760 square feet and can be divided for smaller events. The smaller exhibit hall is 24,180 square feet. Additional event spaces in the convention center include the 29,520 square feet Tucson Arena, the Tucson Music Hall and lobby, the Leo Rich Theater and lobby, the 15,300 square feet Galleria, an 11,236 square feet grand lobby, and four ballrooms ranging from 400 to 1,600 square feet.

The 22,348 square feet Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 2,352 people. The 21,328 square feet Banquet Ballroom accommodates up to 2,245 people. The 34,121 square feet Concert Hall accommodates up to 3,591 people.
