Cancellation Policy
Policy applies to cancellations made for ANY reason.
All reservation deposits are non refundable charges.
Customer cancellations received at least 30 days prior to an event will not be subject to any additional charges beyond the original deposit amount.
In the case of a cancellation the customer will receive an AZ Party Rents store credit for the full value of the event order, good towards any future order for 1 full year from the Cancellation Date (subject to availability.) The cancellation must be made via email to: info@azpartyrents.com by 5pm the day prior to the event in order to receive a store credit.
If customer chooses to cancel any booking after 5pm the day prior to the event, no credit will be offered to the customer.
